Contact the hostsWhat is the "Management Fee" associated with renting the house?
We charge a 5% fee to help cover costs associated with our website, payment processing and communication involved in corresponding with guests.
Is the house pet friendly?
Yes! We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay. We require a $100 pet fee (per dog) and guests must agree to our Pet Agreement--which will be emailed prior to arrival.
Will we have the property to ourselves?
You will have the main floor of the house to yourselves. And guests have access to the laundry room in the basement. We have an RV camper parked on the side of the house which is opposite from where guests park. There is a privacy wall between the camper and the basement entrance of the house. The camper may be occupied by family or friends during your stay. If so, we will let you know. And we will make sure the occupants are respectful of your space.
