About this home
This 1969 brick ranch home has been completely renovated. The interior is bright with sunny touches throughout.
Four bedrooms and a bonus room with futon sofa. Well-stocked kitchen, outdoor spaces and comfortable furnishings. Fast WiFi—which is not common in this rural area! The house is kid-friendly and ready to welcome groups and families.
Guest access: Main floor with access to laundry room in the basement. The house is on 4 acres and has plenty of room for parking multiple cars or travel trailers.
Please note: There is a camper on the property. It is parked in the lower driveway near the basement entrance. The camper is facing away from the house and should not impede the use of the home. It may be occupied by friends, family or interns working for our company. We will ensure the occupant(s) are quiet and respectful of your space.

- Checkout before 11:00 am
- Self check-in with keypad
- 12 guests maximum
- Pets allowed (with approval prior to stay)
- No parties; quiet hours after 10:00pm
- No smoking
- Roll grill out from under the carport to use
- Please turn lights off when leaving the house
- House is on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper down the toilets
- No jumping on bunkbeds
- If you spill something on the carpets, linens or furniture please clean up as soon as possible so we can keep our furnishings looking nice for future guests.
- Cleaning supplies: You'll find cleaning rags underneath the kitchen sink; vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan are located in the living room closet
- If you bring water balloons, BE SURE TO PICK UP ALL THE TINY BROKEN PIECES. We will deduct a star in the guest rating if there are balloon pieces left in the driveway or in the yard. Same goes for juice box plastic wrappers and cigarette butts found around the property.

- Fire extinguishers located in the kitchen, as well as in the first and third bedrooms on the left.
- Smoke alarms installed throughout the house
- Guests must go down a flight of stairs to reach the laundry room located in the basement

Check-in after 3:00 pm. Checkout before 11:00 am. Self check-in with keypad. 12 guests maximum. Pets allowed with approval prior to stay (up to 2 dogs, $100 per dog, pet agreement). No parties; quiet hours after 10:00pm. No smoking. Roll grill out from under the carport to use.
